36 state natives leave Mumbai

IMPHAL, 9th May: Altogether 36 state natives stranded in Mumbai have left the city in bus and ambulance on Saturday.
Of them 14 are cancer patients while the rest are their family members. They hired the bus and the ambulance bearing the expenses on their own. The ambulance is carrying five patients while the bus has 31 occupants. They were screened for possible symptoms of COVID-19 before leaving Mumbai.
The team will travel through Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam and Nagaland, and arrive at Mao gate on Tuesday morning.
