Court fines 5 shops

IMPHAL, 8th Apr: Owners of five shops which were found opened in violation of lockdown and intensified curfew imposed by government were produced before court which court told them to pay Rs 30,000 each as fine.
According to a police source, five shops were found opened during lockdown at Babupara area at about 7.30pm Tuesday and owners of all the five shops were arrested by a team of Imphal police station and detained them in the lockup of the police station.
