Bomb explodes at Moreh

MOREH, 7th Oct: For the second time this month, a bomb went off in an area between Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau (SIB) office and St George High School in Moreh town on Monday around 9.08 pm.
The bomb exploded over a roadside drain. Earlier on October 5, the border town was rocked when a bomb exploded near the western wall of Moreh police station. There was no casualty.
Moreh police led by additional SP (Ops) M Amit, additional SP (LO) Kh Robinsun, SDPO L Meghabarna, CDO OC Hemachand and 43 AR team led by commandant Sumit Sood came to the spot for assessment. Police source said that they did not find any splinter from the spot but several pieces of plastic bag which is believed to be wrapped around the bomb. Security agencies are yet to identify the nature of the bomb, which made a 1.6 feet width and one-third foot deep crater.
